Closing machine type SRT

The rotary closing machine type SRT is the high-performance machine for high-volume production when caps with dip tubes are also to be processed. Up to 12 capping spindles ensure maximum output.

The screw heads are equipped with a servo drive as standard: this also allows, for example, aligned closures to be processed and the closing process to be monitored.

Furthermore, it is possible to press a stopper/dropper into the bottle before screwing.

Monobloc design of rotary filling and closing machine

In the higher output range, the rotary closing machine is mounted on a common machine frame together with an upstream rotary filling machine to save space. This ensures particularly smooth running of the filled and still unsealed containers (no spilling over). This compact design is particularly advantageous for soft, less dimensionally stable plastic bottles, which are not accumulated anywhere and therefore do not deform.
